Alyssa brings French Pastry School training, years in professional pastry kitchens, and a love of turning familiar flavors into something new to our little bakery on Union Square.
Sugar Street Buns is her dream brought to life, with Charlie by her side. After opening the bakery, we celebrated another beginning: our wedding on October 2, 2026.
